These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through the Javeso website at https://javeso.com.

Javeso is an online retail store offering home, kitchen, home décor and related lifestyle products.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable policies published on our website. These terms operate subject to applicable Indian law and do not remove any mandatory consumer rights.

Product Listings and Descriptions

We aim to display product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices and availability accurately.

Product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography or display settings. Any material differences in specifications or product features should be addressed in the relevant product listing.

Customers should review the product details, dimensions, materials, compatibility and care instructions before purchasing.

If a product received is materially different from its description or is defective, the customer may have rights under applicable law and our relevant policies.

Prices, Taxes and Charges

All prices are displayed in INR unless stated otherwise.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other disclosed fees will be shown at checkout as applicable.

We may update prices and product information before an order is placed. The price displayed and confirmed for an accepted order will govern that transaction, subject to correction of genuine errors in accordance with applicable law.

Placing and Accepting Orders

When you submit an order, you are making a request to purchase the selected products at the displayed price and under the applicable terms.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received the order request; it may not by itself mean that the order has been finally accepted or dispatched.

Order acceptance and fulfilment are subject to payment confirmation, product availability, verification where reasonably necessary and applicable legal requirements.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and arrange the appropriate cancellation and refund, where applicable.

Payment Terms

Payment must be completed using an available payment method shown at checkout.

Orders may remain pending until payment is confirmed.

Cash on Delivery is not offered under Javeso’s current checkout plan. Available payment methods may change as our payment services evolve.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is available only to locations serviceable by our shipping partners.

Estimated processing and delivery times are communicated through our Shipping Policy, checkout or order updates, where available.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed deadlines unless expressly stated otherwise. We will take reasonable steps to assist with significant delays or delivery issues.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact customer support as soon as possible.

Cancellation may depend on the order’s processing and dispatch status. If an order has already been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be operationally possible, and an eligible return may instead be required.

Nothing in this section restricts a cancellation or other remedy that is available under applicable law.

Where an order is cancelled and a refund is due, the refund will be handled under our Refund Policy.

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Requests involving damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise eligible products will be assessed under the relevant policy and applicable law.

Products must meet the applicable return conditions where such conditions are lawful and relevant. However, a policy condition will not be used to deny a consumer remedy that is legally required.

Promotional codes, discounts and offers may be subject to specific conditions, validity periods and availability.

You agree to provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and to use the website for genuine purchases.

You should review your order details before submitting an order and promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorised transaction or incorrect order information.

Product Warranty and Manufacturer Support

Where a manufacturer or supplier warranty is expressly offered for a product, its terms, duration and coverage will be as stated in the applicable warranty documentation.

A manufacturer’s warranty does not replace any consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Do not assume that every product carries a separate manufacturer’s warranty unless it is expressly stated.

Intellectual Property

Javeso’s original branding, website content, design and other protected materials may not be used commercially without permission or other lawful authority.

Third-party product names, logos and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Javeso will not be liable for losses that are remote or unforeseeable and arise outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability or restricts remedies where the law does not permit such exclusion or restriction, including applicable consumer protection rights.

Personal information collected in connection with orders and website usage is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable legal requirements.
